We are taught from the very early years that life will be a struggle, and every experience then becomes a programmed response framed within this thinking. I remember growing up with this self-limiting belief that often left me with this poking feeling of asking myself ‘Am I even good enough?’. I made my life harder than it needed to be. The self-doubt take over me until I recognized that negative self-belief was leading to self-sabotaging habits. It made me question the philosophy of life. Should I see struggle and sweat as noble, natural and inevitable? Or is the alternative lazy and apathetic? We develop a negative programmed response to life without even realising it. If you have been also raised on the same belief of struggle, it is time to reprogram your attitudes for a more carefree existence. In my journey I learnt that for a happier life, we need to change, break patterns, set personal goals, or simply work towards a better ME.
The most important relationship you have on this earth: is the relationship you have with yourself.
